Default Sign Up Process
I had a client this week who said he did all the steps for sign up, but hadn't heard anything. I was wondering what the wait was or what would be the hold up for his registration. It's been so long since I did the initial registration and I'm also a female so I don't know the difference in ours and the men's process.
