Sorry, I just found out that you have to submit two reviews to get VIP access if you're new. But then you get a month of access. TER approves reviews in less than 24 hours for established reviewers, but I bet if you're a new member reviewing a lady who's never been reviewed there before, it does take a little longer.

It is undeniably THE escort discussion forum for that area (and most of the country), so it's never a bad idea to join and have access whenever you need it, if you're hobbying regularly down here you can always just submit some TER reviews a few weeks before up travel to another part of the country so you can read the reviews up there.
