Very interesting that you say that "redneck hillbilly". Coincidently, I saw a gent from Chappaqua, NY, (the Queen lived 6 houses away he proudly stated and added that when the leaves are off the trees, he could even see their house) the other evening. Well don't you know he wanted to confirm that a "working girl" voted for Hillary, as of course she should. Well this girl has never been shy about, nor more delighted to let it be known who I wanted for the 45th President of these good ole United States of America.
He says "well she got the popular vote" so I proceed to explain (not that he was dummy, he was a Professor of computer science forensics, guess that should say it all) the reasoning behind the electoral college is to ensure that all sectors in this great country have a say so, not just New York and California where 90% are Democrats. This man had the audacity to say, "who cares what the hillbillies think, they're to stupid to get out of their own way". WOW, was all I could say, needless to say I'm sure I will get another not so nice review on top of the last two. Oh well, it is what it is and I must true to myself and my beliefs and will not bow down to those who think they are superior.

Great post, cherie! You go, girl! I especially liked the way you schooled the haughty Professor in why we have an Electoral College.
