Default Obamacare will ease the burden of health care costs for the uninsured in Georgia

Obamacare will help a lot of uninsured people across the country.

This will probably get moved to the Politicol Forum, because nothing is more Politicol than ObamaCare.

So, it's the law of the land. Then why is the President trying to change provisions of it.

The answer is, apparently it is written into the law that the President can do this, ie, circumvent Congress. This is another one of those things that we had to learn AFTER the bill was passed.

If Obamacare is so great then why is all of Congress, President, and his family members deliberately omitted themselves out of it?

And just recently, the STAFF of Congress threw a big fit to opt out of the Obamacare and if they don't get opt out they were going to walk away from their job!!!

Why don't YOU think about it?!?!? or are you just a MINDLESS individual that believes everything that is written?

THE TRUTH IS OBAMACARE WILL RAISE THE PRICE OF ALL INDIVIDUALS AND CAUSE UNEMPLOYMENT THROUGHOUT THE USA!! You just have no notion of it or understand what is written in it.

No it won't. If the board rules cannot be followed in this forum, I'll be having a more personal chat with whoever can't control themselves.

If anyone prefers to have a more loose discussion, please join any on e many dozen threads in the Political Forums on this very topic. Eventually everyone will figure this out, I'll be happy to explain it.

There is no doubt Obamacare will help the uninsured (who want to get insurance), there can be no doubt about that. It is hard to see how things can get any worse for the uninsured.
My concern is for the *insured* like me who are the vast majority. My copay has already gone up from $20 to $50 for the exact same service. Under Obamacare my insurance company was allowed to revise rates even in the middle of my policy contract. First time I have seen that in my life.
Obamacare will also make things worse for the uninsured who wanted to be uninsured as it will force them to buy a policy or pay a tax.

As the quote goes: You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong.
It all depends on whether you agree with that or not.

Just like EVERYTHING this Socialist has done...it punishes those who are personally responsible practicing what this CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC is based. And instead "Fundamentally changing" our Country to make ALL: black, white, brown, yellow, rainbow, etc economic SLAVES...all serving the NEW master = Government.
Meanwhile the "masses" have been dumbed-down by the school system & media making the kardashians and angry birds the new "common" knowledge instead of history, math & science...RESULT=OBAMA, Pelosi & Reid

Your post is fair. I agree with you that Obamacare will help the uninsured (who want to get insurance). When the people who don't want insurance get very sick what do they do? They go the emergency room of the some hospital (where they cannot be refused) and get treated. Who is paying for this? You and me and all the other tax payers. In our current system people with pre-existing conditions can't get insurance from anyone, even if they can afford the premium. Do you think that is fair? If you don't like your health insurance that you get at work, then you can shop at the government insurance exchange (like shopping at Walmart instead of Krogers) you have a choice. The USA has between 30 to 50 million people who are insured. We can send space stations to MARS and we can't figure out a way to these uninsured people insured? If Romneycare can work in Mass then Obamacare can work in other states.

In the USA the means of production is not controlled by the STATE therefore, the Socialist label simply does not apply. Go take Economics 101 at your local community college.

Obamacare is really nothing but a farce. According to this video it seems Obama himself doesn't even believe in it.

He does not have to believe in it seeing he does not participate.

The company I work for has already let us know our insurance is going to change dramatically for 2014. That does not bode well.

Well then it must go something like this; Remember back in the days of the "Ole Snake Oil Salesman". I guess history really does repeat itself.

Under this plan the CBO says there will still be 28 million people uninsured. This plan will fix nothing and is not intended to. It was designed to fail, then usher in a single payer plan. Search the English health care system and check out the wait times for treatment and then look at their tax rate. If that looks good to you thank oboma and vote for the next Dem that you can.

Correcting typo.
The USA has between 30 to 50 million people who are uninsured right now.

Where is your link? You left out the fact that this estimate by the CBO is for eight years from now. The population numbers will change.

Number of uninsured right now = 50 million
Number who people still uninsured after 8 years = 28 million

Number of people insured by Obamacare 50 - 28 = 22 million.

This is better than having 50+ million people that are uninsured.

Jim
The senator from Wyoming that was in the video had no plan. They have been talking about letting insurance companies compete across state lines for years. It has not happened. What we have is 50+ million people who are uninsured. The republican plan for health insurance for those who do not have any - Just don't get sick or marry someone from Canada.
