Porn is really different because they shoot for 5-6 hours per day several days in a row. The porn stars & power bottoms I know go on an all-liquid diet and use an enema hose shower attachment. They usually have one built into the shower and can switch the water flow from the showerhead to the enema wand. You have to be really careful with the water pressure though and have something plumbed in that will cut the water off if it surges. For regular play sessions, fleet enemas (filled with plain water) are OK but I would say the gravity bag enema is really your best option if you want to get serious about it but aren't so invested that you need to install a machine... LOL.

I've had gents give themselves a medium size enema (200ml+) and the results were less than pleasant a few hours later. I would rather they did nothing! This video has it spot on for normal ass play, butt plg/pegging.

I've tried the one hanging in the shower and its ok but i prefer like Zoey said the fleet enema filled with water.
What i do every time is warm water till im full then cold a few times will the water is clear then im ready to go.
Usually not eat for that day if i know i have a guy coming.
Also i just love Watersports so fucking hot...

Till i look like im pregnant lol takes some practice to be able to take that much water about 2 quarts. Also coffee enemas are great too

I also prefer fleet and I do the same thing just fill up the bottle twice with warm water and I keep doing that until it comes out clean. When I was in the porn industry, I was taught to not eat at least 12 hours in advance unless it was gummy bears (I don't have a clue why but I guess it works) and I would use liquid Imodium about an hour before the scene if I was still scared.
One time I went and just had my colon cleansed and the lady told me you are only supposed to do one enema and allow it to sit while you massage your stomach. i never did that though lol

Coffee huh reminds me of a story. A guy was in the hospital with a broken jaw. His jaw was wired shut and all of his nourishment was with IVs. He wrote on a pad he sure missed his morning coffee. Any alcohol enemas are very bad and can kill you. Id use caution in trying that.
