Attorney General Barr might be getting ready to do just that.

meuller took a pass on that one.

He didn't say there was obstruction or no obstruction.

apparently Meuler thought going there was dodgy, noting the problems with indicting a sitting president or not.

apparently he left that question to DA Barr.

Yeah, Mueller suddenly decided that he actually stuck to his mandate to investigate Russian collusion after going to any and all lengths to try and come up with other charges.

I actually almost feel bad for the guy not coming through with that "gotcha" the libs were so hoping for.

Err... someone please explain to me how there can be obstruction of justice if there is no crime? Logically, if there is no crime to be uncovered by an investigation, then acting to impede that investigation is not obstructing justice. Unless you want to argue that justice is served by exonerating the subject of the investigation. But then you would be accusing trump of blocking his own exoneration.

Methinks it's an injustice to taxpayers to spend $35 million investigating a non-crime!

You do recall there have been quite a few folks tied to Trump indicted over crimes they committed for Trump.
He has done his best to protect them knowing they were guilty. So I would say there is a good chance he has broken the law defending them. If for no other reason he is too stupid to know what the law is.

Methinks it is an injustice to not know the facts about the cost of the investigation. LOL!
Quote:
Another point in favor of theory No. 2: As of September, the fiscal cost of the Mueller investigation was roughly $0.00. By that point, the probe had spent roughly $26 million. But, by striking a plea agreement with Paul Manafort for his myriad white-collar crimes — an agreement that required Trump’s former campaign manager to forfeit five multi-million-dollar properties, a life-insurance policy, and the contents of multiple bank accounts — Mueller’s investigation had acquired somewhere between $26 million and $42 million worth of revenue for the federal treasury.

The Mueller probe’s (apparent) profitability is indicative of more than just Donald Trump’s mendacity: It also reflects the fact that there are few forms of law enforcement more cost-efficient than cracking down on super-rich tax cheats and money launderers. And yet, for some strange reason, the federal law enforcement has not made punishing the financial malfeasance of the super-rich a top-tier priority.

Looks like the far right and Trump owes Muller an apology for slandering him .
He did his job in a professional manner , and was even easy on the orange dildo.

There never was a crime so how did Mueller go easy on him.
