Is there any way ONLY shyster jon or a certified lawyer can be ALLOWED to respond to a question in the legality thread?
-people post questions here because they have need of ACCURATE legal info
, but very often some wise ass who has nothing else to do but post a joking, mocking or misleading reply to the ORIGINAL very serious inquiry
is allowed to post info that can case the person in need of legal info to make a WRONG decision- REGARDING HIS LEGAL MATTER
-is there a staff board we can appeal to to allow ONLY
a LAWYER to respond to legal questions? and prevent the joksters who post replies from mis-informing the OP?

Sorry, no. Most people pay a lawyer for accurate legal info for their personal circumstances.
You have to take the forums for what they are.

No..its a public site and members have free reign to participate. I'm sure SJ would agree with me that if someone is seeking accurate legal advice pertaining to their specific situation they should personally go out and consult legal counsel.

I'm always willing to give legal advice for free. If someone pays me, I'll give accurate advice. If someone pays me well, I'll give accurate advice that pertains to their situation. Maybe Eccie can cut me in on the action. If I get just 5% of the membership fees from Dallas, I can add the new wing to my house.

How do you know if they are a real lawyer or not? Most do not state what their profession is due to the nature of keeping personal lives private. For the record I am not a lawyer, I am an astronaut.
