As of 12:25 AM EST, Lamb's lead stands at "627 votes out of more than 224,000 cast, according to unofficial results.

"The four counties in the Pittsburgh-area district reported they had about 375 uncounted provisional, military and overseas ballots. They have seven days to count the provisional ballots, and the deadline to receive military and overseas ballots is next Tuesday.

"With the margin so close, supporters of either candidate can ask for a recount.

"The GOP is considering lodging a recount request, and county officials reported receiving a letter from a law firm requesting that they preserve their records, something the counties say they do anyway under state law.

"Separately, Republicans mulled legal action, according to a person familiar with the deliberations. This person spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss internal planning.

"Complaints could include that party lawyers were prevented from observing the counting of some absentee ballots, voting machines erroneously recorded votes from Lamb, and voters were confused by some information from the state elections website."

TrumPutin is on borrowed time IB. Btw, the Republican Party has reached the height of hypocrisy. You're ilk is worse than the Biblical Pharisees.

The GOP would have crucified Obama or Clinton for paying hush money to silence a pornstar they were fucking. While married

The deadline for military ballots is next Tuesday.

Very tight race.

I think until then, it's worthless to speculate.

Did Trump fuck a junior employee on the taxpayer's dime in the Oval Office, mistake? Was there cigar involved, mistake? Until he does, you dim-retards have no moral high ground, you miserable cretin. BTW, mistake, it's your stupid and "#Grubered" ilk that are doing Putin's work: not Trump.

Right now the only evidence seems to point to a cigar dildo and painting her pretty blue dress after licking off the cigar. That must have been HillariousNoMore's denial theory. She hadn't seen Bill "paint" anything in years ... well ... since their Oxford days!

Let's review. This is a district that Trump won by 20 points about 16 months ago. It is a district that had not elected a Democrat since 2003 and Democrats had not even put up a candidate in 2014 and 2016. Saccone spent $10.6 million on the House race, Lamb $1.8 million. Polls had Saccone well ahead as recently as February 15th (+6%).

Trump did campaign for Saccone and barely mentioned his name, instead going on to talk about himself for most of his speech.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/polit...=.54c112e949cc

And, of course, Trump and the White House now give all sorts of reasons why Saccone lost.
Weak Republican candidate. A Democrat (Lamb) who supports Trump's policies.

Republicans will say that this special election for a House seat in mid-March is not an indicator of what will happen in November 2018. Democrats will say that this special election is a harbinger of things to come. It will be an interesting 8 months until the November elections.

Trump won the district in 2016 against HillariousNoMore! Not Lamb.

You're a disingenuous jackass, speedy. Before trump appeared at that rally last Saturday, Saccone was trailing by six points in polls and Lamb campaigned against Pelosi; not Trump!

Trump electrifies Western Pennsylvania crowd in sales pitch for Rick Saccone

Lamb supports the Second Amendment and ... he supports Trump’s tariffs, not only sharply criticized Minority Leader Pelosi, but denounced her, and has to date not taken a jab at the president.

Not to mention ... District 18 as drawn won't exist in November.

I'll be redrawn for the May primaries there.

This was nothing more than a straw vote.

lamb is a fake conservative.

Looks like the dems are going to try to fool people with the fake conservative trick. they tried this trick in the 2009 elections when they took the House this way. once they got the seat, they just flipped positions. by 2011, it took them about 4 years for them to lose the house.

Did Trump ever mention Saccones name at the rally? Looked like all he did was preen and talk about himself. Plus coming up with a cute name for a ex Navy Seal.
