I believe it to be, when he lost all that weight back about 10 years. Anyone that looses a substantial amount of weight at any point in life, will age them much faster after they hit that 60-65 year marker. People who stay steady with their weight or put on 10 pounds after 60 retain appearance in a much healthier and healthier looking way. JMHO

He should have started using Nandrolone (Deca). The shits unreal. Good for the joints, makes you feel and look pretty good. Bill Clinton always struck me as being rather wimpy. So now the temple is beginning to crash, oh well.
