This conduct has included one or more of the following:

He misused the Department of Justice, and other executive personnel, by directing or authorizing such agencies or personnel to conduct investigations for purposes unrelated to national security, the enforcement of laws, or any other lawful function of his office.

He has failed to take care that the laws were faithfully executed by failing to act when he knew or had reason to know that his close subordinates endeavoured to impede and frustrate lawful inquiries by duly constituted executive, judicial and legislative entities concerning Russian interference in the 2016 election, and the cover-up thereof.

In disregard of the rule of law, he knowingly misused the executive power by interfering with agencies of the executive branch, including the Department of Justice, in violation of his duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed.

In all of this, Donald J. Trump has acted in a manner contrary to his trust as president and subversive of constitutional government, to the great prejudice of the cause of law and justice and to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.

This must be a personal hell for you.

The subpoenaed papers and things were deemed necessary by the committee in order to resolve by direct evidence fundamental, factual questions relating to presidential direction, knowledge or approval of actions demonstrated by other evidence to be substantial grounds for impeachment of the president. In refusing to produce these papers and things Donald J. Trump, substituting his judgment as to what materials were necessary for the inquiry, interposed the powers of the presidency against the lawful subpoenas of the House of Representatives, thereby assuming to himself functions and judgments necessary to the exercise of the sole power of impeachment vested by the Constitution in the House of Representatives.

In all of this, Donald J. Trump has acted in a manner contrary to his trust as president and subversive of constitutional government, to the great prejudice of the cause of law and justice, and to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.

Wherefore, Donald J. Trump by such conduct, warrants impeachment and trial, and removal from office.

This must be a personal hell for you.

Sorry Jaxboy - but Bob Mueller begs to differ!

Hey Jaxboy! It appears to me after careful review that your Articles I and III are virtually identical. Please explain.

And while you're at it, how about telling us who wrote these Articles of Delusion?

Well if there was obstruction Mueller would have said yes to Collin's question. Mueller's statement sinks the Obstruction of Justice claim by Democrats.

Mueller finds no collusion with Russia, leaves obstruction question open

https://www.americanbar.org/news/aba...investigation/

Quote:
As far as obstruction, the Mueller report laid out facts on both sides but did not reach a conclusion. Barr’s letter said that “the Special Counsel states that ‘while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him.’”

The Mother Ship to this whole thing is the Mueller Report. Every question from here on out must mirror Mueller's report. If it's open ended that means a new investigation must be headed up to contradict what Mueller had already established in his original investigation which took roughly two years which yielded a 500 page report. The wording can't be interpreted based on feelings or assumptions. Mueller stated in his report as well in an open forum that there were no criminal findings among Trump and his campaign team, and that Mueller's investigation was not curtailed, stalled or hindered in any way, which is the fruits of the crime of obstruction of Justice. Without some sort of curtailment, or hindrance the Crime of Obstruction of Justice cannot be completed. So the idea of Obstruction isn't open, it's a dead issue and this whole charade is nothing but a vaudeville act.

BAHHAHHAHHAHAAA

Two correct answers:

1. Ask a better question.

2. Ask the right question.

Every question has an answer.

With time.

Not surprising that a Republican would state that with all evidence to the contrary. Did the POTUS face the fire of a one-on-one interrogation? No. Did he order his minions to curtail, stall and hinder the investigation in every way? Yes.

He himself fired Comey because he got too close. Lester Holt interview anyone? That's enough for me. The ten examples of obstruction have been glaring in the public's face since day one. And since day one of my Mueller Report thread, I have said (no rhyme intended) . . . in effect . . .

Is anybody surprised?

The AG doesn't want to prosecute.
