I think the Women he was having sex with should have been sued, not the Doctor. The Doctor supposedly did warn the guy against any strenuous activity. I guess the Doctor should have documented that he told him specifically not to engage in a threesome. what a crock.

He was quite young. He probably had a genetic Heart defect that didn't show up till later. Police work is without a doubt quite stressfull. The adrenalin rush is right up their with a Military Fighter Pilot. Adrenalin and Heart Problems don't mix.

Well, crap ... someone believes that the WOMAN should be charged or fined? Men throughout history have died in the arms of their mistress or while being with "other" women while having sex.
