Easy peasy. ENFORCE EXISTING GUN LAWS. The Buffalo shooter had been brought to authorities attention... the NYC Subway shooter was too. So was the Florida school shooter, so was the Florida gay nightclub shooter. So was the Pam Geller shooter... heck teh FBI drove them to the venue.

At a certain point it's important to ask WHY the LEOs aren't doing their jobs. once or twice makes sense... people are human, but it's become essentially a policy that public threats aren't dealt with until they've killed a few people.

It's almost as if, the LEOs WANT gun confiscation...that's why they aren't doing their jobs.
