Arrow The TRUTH about Providers Placing Disclaimers on their Ads

http://kc.backpage.com/FemaleEscorts...eed-19/7195275

http://kc.backpage.com/FemaleEscorts...ite-22/7440141

I've added these two ads from Backpages, not because I think these 2 potential providers are particularly attractive or forthright, but to demonstrate something.

Writing "By CaLLing YouAgRee ThAt U R NOT afFilIATed w/Any LaW enForCeMenT agENcy¡¡¡¡" or something similar on an ad amounts to nothing less than a waste of time. It's not a contract or some type of legally binding agreement. If such warnings held any weight then drug dealers would simply tell crackheads "by asking me for crack you are agreeing that you are not part of any law enforcement agency." These type of warnings tickle me and are utterly worthless. There are things to do to keep you off the radar or help your chances from a legal stand point, but these warnings are not one.

Side note: Why do both their ads state "No black men"? That's a little upsetting.

This is not legal advice, but the humble words of a well-educated man. I'm a student of the world and love when she's the teacher.

Well you made a few serious points there! and I Never understood the "No black men" that subject could take alot of writing about on both sides (female provider and male side)...Besides there are MANY other races and multi etnic as well
Yup those ads are kinda crazy to me,makes the ad look even more of a flag then just being posted at all there.Have a happy holiday : ) Wonder who helped (if any) these people make the ads to post...Hmmm

I agree with you on your post. Since I got busted the other day, I began putting that disclaimer in my ads. Not because I feel it it relivant, but because I want LE to know shame on Me if get caught up a 2nd time...As to the black man thing, IDK... I date all Nationalities of men as long as they are a gentlemen!! So if you like BBW's and you are in the Fort Worth area any time in the near future CALL ME ...I will be happy to see you...Melissa012

Don't know if it would help but if all your communications were recorded (text messages saved from phone to a text file on computer, voice calls saved, emails all saved) because there was a thread on here some place that stated that if the law suggests an action and price then you have a case for entrapment.

You can get your phone records on line just by going to your account. It will list them month by month and even by the day this should save you a trip.
One other thing I don't think you will see that number used for this again it would be posted by others that got busted or so the Law would think so.
One can alway get the prefixes of the numbers that the court house and the law enforcement use by use the phone book and once you have check them out you will know you need to be unable to book anything for a caller from one of the prefixes .
It is better to turn down a date than get busted.
I was in this for many years helping lady's with their profiles and doing there booking and when you get a feeling in your gut go with it cause it will keep you out of jail.

Keeping communication between you and law enforcement is only beneficial if it is the following: (1) clearly amounts to entrapment (might want to glimpse at my previous post about that issue http://www.eccie.net/showthread.php?t=345621); and (2) you (the provider) are not predisposed (likely) to commit the crime. For instance, if you have been arrested or convicted of prostitution in the past, then you are predisposed for that crime.

I suggest you place an attorney on retainer, or if you have a client that's attorney, you reach some type of an agreement for some legal advice. Believe me, I see mistakes on ads all the time that if corrected could have really helped a provider's case if they did ever encounter law enforcement.

Once again, this is not legal advice but educated words from a well-educated man.

Melissa, if you have an Android based phone (dunno if Iphones have this app) but go to the android market and get "SMS to Text" what it does is export your sms messages (text messages to a TEXT file and stores it on the SD card in your phone that your computer reads as a flash drive .... aka you can copy it to your computer. Nice thing is it groups them together by phone # that texts you.

Android also has SMS Backup. This app sends all my texts to my Gmail account. LEO's probably won't dig that deep.

Cool SMS & E Mail

Any text and e mail can be read by just about anyone that wants to read them.
My friend download a program that he just put his girl friends cell number in and it sends him a copy of all incoming and out going e mails and texts plus MMS so it is next to impossible to have any privite e mails or texts so that is why I Whatch what send to anyone . Now if you type a letter and place it in your drafts it has never reach the server so it cannot be retrieved the only way it can be is if the person has the account and password they can go into the drafts read the mail leave a reply in the drafts ( never delet always back space over the draft so a key logger has a much harder time picking up a patter) .
I have used this method for a long time but you have to know who you can trust
If you ever had two MIB show up at your door like I have you will take the same measure . So far they have never got anything on me or my friends .
Good luck .

The "no black men" thing is the girls pimp trying to prevent her from being recruited by another pimp

i have friends that dont see black men. mostly because she says its more time consuming, they tend to be rough and like to try to talk you down.
