Okay, okay, okay I know a disabled person when I hear one. I'll do this slow for Munchkin so he and his friends can finally get it.

Here is what we know:
A reporter, Ben Jacobs, came into the office of Greg Gianforte without asking while being interviewed by Fox News reporter Alicia Acuna one on one. Everyone admits to this fact; Gianforte, Jacobs, Acuna, and I suppose her cameraman though no one has interviewed him...strange.
Gianforte asked, and then ordered, Jacobs out of his office several times before Gianforte physically approached Jacobs. The audio confirms this along with the afore mentioned people.
Jacobs was knocked to the floor along with Gianforte. Jacobs broke his glasses and claims he injured his elbow. Jacobs filed charges of assault against Gianforte.
Gianforte won the election.
This is what we've been told but not verified;
No one other than Jacobs claims that he was "body slammed". What difference that makes is unknown but that is the narrative now.
Acuna first said that she saw the attack but later recanted saying that she was looking away when the actual attack occurred. She was just repeating what she heard over her shoulder (where was the camera man?)
The smelly bits;
"body slamming" is a very detailed way of describing a physical move. I wear glasses all the time. If I was knocked down and my glasses broken that would be the first thing on my mind. If not punched in the mouth or stomach I would be yelling about my glasses. If I got knocked to the ground I would not be yelling I was "body slammed". Kind of like calling a rifle an assault weapon. It raised the negativity of the issue.

So we don't KNOW (and that includes Munchkin) what happened that day as for the violence. It's a he said, he said moment. Gianforte says he grabbed Jacobs by the neck and tried to show him the door but they got tangled in each other and BOTH fell down. Acuna is worthless. Munchkin said that she was forced to change her story. Good luck proving that icehole. We know that Jacob broke certain bounds when he came into the office unasked and refused to leave. At that point in time, Jacobs was the agressor.
Jacobs had a history of fanciful, outrageous, and biased journalism regarding Trump, conservatives, and Gianforte.

Knowing what we know it makes sense that the reporter crossed the line and despite being asked, he refused to leave. Gianforte defended his turf and Jacobs came out the loser.
