So sad! I loved Jack and his juice machine! I will miss him so much! He just did an interview with his wife on Rachel Ray. RIP Jack.

They said he worked out even on his very last day. That man was a machine. In Tribute, I will "Pour One For My Homie" 9/6/14 to 1/23/11.



Sorry, but it was the only healthy thing I could find to pour.

Maybe not, but it improves the quality of your life. You cannot argue with any proof that fitness does not contribute to overall wellness. Too many studies have shown that it does.
The man lived a fit life and his friends were astounded at how mobile and lucid he was at 96. That's proof enough for me that he was on the right track.
