I feel your pain on the negatives. She has left me waiting more than once. One time given 9:30 to 10:00 window show up in the area waiting patiently. texted and no response, called no answer left message and waited until 10:15. She finally texted back at around 11:00 and said she could still see me if interested -- too late I was already home. She is very good at what she does if you can get in the door.
