Default payment to offshore bank accounts?

Hi

I am just wondering. Can you still get busted if the provider asks for a deposit for bookings and the providers bank account is offshore?

I have basically the same answer to both of your questions. If you agree to perform any sex act in exchange for ANYTHING of value, you are guilty of prostitution in almost every jurisdiction in the US.

Just the way it is.
