Last night I posted a review about Ivannablonde who did not show or call/text after we scheduled an appointment.

How do I let other users know she fails to show up? Is there a thread besides Independent Reviews I should post in?

The NCNS reviews are generally moved to Coed.

But you can always start a thread in Coed or the ML as another option.

It's usually a good idea to give the provider a leeway time of 24 to 48hrs to clear up why the NS. Providers do have lives outside the hobby, and sometimes things come up they have no control over. Not downplaying your frustration, just saying there could be a good reason why.

What reason could there be for not calling, or answering a phone call? Once, I had a business appointment that I could not make because had an injury that required that I go to the emergency room; but I make a phone call from the emergency room informing the person of the situation. With everyone using cell phones, there are very few reasons for not contacting the other person.

When an appointment has been set for a certain time, and the guy has driven to the appointment only to set while the phone is not answered is a total lack of consideration. When this happens the guy should be able to post the facts and hope that every other guy avoids this woman without proper manners.

I know it works both ways because ladies have called me to confirm my estimated time of arrival. That is OK, because I know that they have gotten ready for a meeting only to have the guy NC/NS.

Lack of consideration is not a minor thing; it is in reality an attack on the other person. We can shrug it off and call it, as you did, a frustration. But it is more than frustration, it is a personal insult for either gender.

Recently, I exchanged email with a nice lady who was making a trip to KC. I got a message that the trip had been postponed. That was very nice and appreciated.

As a fellow hobbyist I tend to agree with you. I've been there, done that, and it's not only frustrating, it also pisses you off, and is rude, IF she intentionally just blows you off (and not in the good way). This subject has been discussed many times before and reasons given. Research it if it's that important to you.

I will wait a couple of days before I post it. I hope she just had computer problems. She didn't give me her phone number even though we made the date on P-411. If she had a computer problem it may be several days before she gets back to me. Hell shit happens to all of us. If she had contacted me via phone then the computer problem could have been avoided.

I have always talked to a lady prior to seeing her. I can not imagine setting up a meeting by only using a computer - so very impersonal.

By having an initial telephone conversation there is a lot that can be learned by listening to what and how the lady talks to you, and not at you. The inflections in the voice and the cadence and pitch of the chosen words tell us a lot about the person on the other end of the line.

If there is rudeness during the phone conversation, you can just say goodby and save your self a lot of hassle and money.

JRL that is so true and I try to talk to her on the phone first. In this case I sent her my phone number with each email. Her add says she will give her phone number after booking but in this case no such luck. I am chalking this up to bad management on her part for not sending her phone number to me. I sent a message yesterday morning to make sure we were still on and an idea of where her incall was located. I have yet to hear from her. If she was handling business as she should she would have called to let me know on the phone therefore she would have my number in her phone and so would I.
I will not post any thing in coed for a while in case she gets back to me with a reasonable excuse.
Dallas Rain and I communicate with each other several times a week. I know if I have a question about the hobby she can answer it. I guess I am talking to about 10 different ladies every week. Some I haven't met in over a year. They know that if they keep in touch I will be inclined to see them when they are available. Would you call that good business?

P411 management does take NCNS through their system reasonably seriously, and they do keep score on providers if you eventually feel the need to report it to them.

zeejoe I still would like to get with her as she appears to be the type of woman I could enjoy. I think a week is sufficient time for her to get back to me.

I just searched her posting on ECCIE and her last post was on Jul 30. It looks like she may have problems either R/L or with her computer. I will continue to wait.

At work. Will post a more detailed response to the above then. No call no show 48 hours later after canceling the night before = poor service I have encountered twice now.

Ivanna is 21 what did you expect? Unless she has a friend/driver/pimp she will not have the business skills that a more mature provider has.

Looking at her profile, she last logged in yesterday at 5:00. So we know she atleast has internet access and has probably read about this. If she hasn't contacted you yet, or even gave an explanation here or in your no show review, doesn't look good on her.

If she doesn't come forth with a plausible explanation or try to make it up to you, I hope the mods attach your no show review to her profile so others can determine if they care to risk it in the future. As of now, looks pretty rude and nonchalant on her part.
