I'm not sure you understand how the internet works - specifically,
search engines. A super short and oversimplified summary, specific to ECCIE:
-Search Engines (like Google) use automated scripts to crawl ECCIE, and archive every word, every picture, every thread ever posted.
-That OC is indexed
-That OC is then algorithmically presented to searchers based on key words.
Try
googling yourself. Over the last decade, search has become so enmeshed in daily life that the vendor with the leading search marketshare has itself become a verb - people no longer say, "You should search for that," they say, "Google it."
Not everything outside the scope of your understanding is unethical...and since ethics is the discussion of morality and right vs wrong...that ship doesn't stop at the ECCIE harbor.
