Sonya, my Mother had 11 siblings, all my cousins have blue, green, or hazel eyes, like my grandparents; me and my siblings... brown. I'm sure your eyes are as lovely as the rest of you and I look forward to gazing into them sometime soon.

(I really need to re-schedule w/you, but finding time looks tough through the holidays. Hope your allergies are better, although now mt. cedar has started).
DD, deep blue eyes are certainly beautiful and sexy, and I like how in certain light (dim sexy time) they look kind of violet. The interesting factoid about blue eyes is that it is the color that is decreasing the fastest in humans. The blue gene is a recessive gene which means that both parents have to carry it in order to have offspring w/blue eyes. In our times, unlike in the past, people have the whole world from which to pick mates. Since brown is the most common eye color, more and more blue eyed people are hooking up w/people with brown eyes and have fewer children w/blue eyes. Scientists that study those things say that in another 50 years blue eyes will be very rare. Kind of like they say that in 50 years everybody will be olive-skinned. So hang on to those blue peepers, they're getting rarer.
Rocker, I have no preference as to eye color in a lover. I've had SO's and GF's with brown, blue, green, hazel and amber eyes, and not all of the Latinas had brown eyes. I do like how brown eyes come in a lot of different shades from cafe con leche to deep, dark chocolate.
Likinikki, I think you might be on to something. I didn't think of that. I only recall one showcase (Sonya's) where she says that her eyes are brown but she sometimes wears different color contacts. Maybe others are posting their contact color rather than their natural eye color. (Do people think other colors are sexier than brown?) It's certainly that way with hair color, right?
Thanks for all y'alls input. Interesting.
