Who puts the cover on?

I was sitting around wondering what to do next when this question popped into my mind: During a session is there proper etiquitte or convention about whether the hobbyist or privider puts on the cover?

I prefer to do it myself, but I got to thinking that maybe the providers would rather do it so it's done to their satisfaction and specifications.

I like to put it on because I have had ladies put it on and then decide they need a drink of water or to take a pee, make a phone call, change the music, ect, and I'm laying there thinking stay up..stay up..stay up lol.

I don't think there is a 'rule' about it, but in almost every session I have had, the girl has applied it.

The site of the cover just ruins the mood for me... I like the ladies that can apply it without you even knowing she had it in hand or mouth.
