Default FL open carry gun legislation

Looks to become state law.

What does it mean exactly....can you carry your gun down the street in a holster like the Old West ?

Pretty much.

"Reasonable regulation" would be preserved, even if open carry becomes the law of the state, restrictions would still exist in courtrooms, courtroom parking lots, meetings of the Florida Legislature, polling places, school and college events, professional athletic events, career centers, and college or university facilities.

Currently, 46 states allow open carry in some form, according to World Population Review.

Besides a perp, whom is responsible for safety in those gun free zones and has one ever been successfully sued?

Most Likely. There are two kinds of people that will carry a firearm, those that want to protect themselves and others from violence and those that will commit crime and violence towards others for their own personal gain. Banning Firearms will not stop violent crime it will only thwart the efforts of Law-abiding citizens to protect themselves from it. That's why the Second Amendment exist.

How about ammo belts ?

Do these laws result in an increase in western wear sales.

Probably in Texas. If it bothers you move to New Jersey, lol.

Texas has had constitutional carry available for citizens since September 1, 2021. Not much will change in Florida.

Open carry is legal in PA. I only see it in the rural areas.

The cities with the strongest gun laws have the most gun violence. What we need is gun legislation that Democrat Mayors will enforce
