All great places that most of us have fond memories of (I've probably missed a few other great places that were shut down), but they're becoming increasing fewer and fewer due to a surge in LE aggressiveness this year.

This correspondingly has resulted in fewer and fewer reviews posted than ever before as no one wants to draw attention to their favorite spot and have it risk being shut down. I'm sure we'd hate to see that as we've all benefited from the information sharing that goes on at this board.

I think this can be addressed by changing the review requirements for premium access:

• Removing the "Activities" section of the review template: explicit details leaked publicly leads to increased LE attention due to Karens and randos calling the PD and complaining for the place to be shut down. Interested mongers can still read the review to figure out what happened during the visit, but any random Karen will just see that a visit occurred to this parlor and will be none the wiser.
• Scrambling the phone numbers: Putting 2one4-five13-1111 instead of the actual number will make sure that eccie reviews doesn't show up on a google search of the place, reducing the likelihood that a Karen coming in for a legit massage discovers something amiss. By leaving the last 4 digits unscrambled you can still search for the place by the last 4 digits, but Karens outside of this forum won't know to do that.
• Default to private comments: You've just read someone's review and have some opinions/questions. Great, feel free to share it, but default towards replying in private quotes for your responses, as the majority of them will be explicit in nature. Again, the less information in publicly accessible areas the better.

If these changes were implemented I'm sure people would be a lot more comfortable sharing their favorites places and helping other mongers have a similarly good time instead of keeping it all to themselves (and this helps keep our favorite AMPs in business too!). Make it happen mods.

That's too bad, I find that information just as valuable as the L1-3 which is often situational. The L0 may also be, but if a frequent reviewer tells me a place is L0 it carries a lot of weight when choosing a place to try out.

I've point by point debunked all your claims in the last thread yet you pop up here again repeating the same points without acknowledging my evidence. Copying and pasting my previous answers as a courtesy to other posters, but if you're going to shut your ears and only listen to what you want to listen then it's not a productive use of my time to even try to enlighten you, plus you're hijacking and derailing the point of this original thread.


So yes a portion of the women in this line of work are in debt, and huge amounts of it that they cannot repay via normal means (usually happens when they try to open a business back in the home country and it fails). Normal jobs wouldn't be able to pay back the high amounts that they owe, so they start searching through their networks and online for ways to earn a ton of money, fast, and that is how these women fall into massage work. The key point here is both the money they initially borrowed and the decision to do massage work are both their choices, they were they ones that seeked out both of these options in the first place, so there is no coercion going on at any point in the process. From what I've seen only about 1/5 of massage ladies start out as debtors (the vast majority are single moms/divorced women that were formerly doing menial jobs but switched to massage b/c the pay is exceedingly better), and the good ones make enough money to pay off all their debt within a year so they don't even remain debtors for long anyways.


Regarding the living onsite, this is case by case and depends on the AMP owner. Just like all restaurant bosses are different, the same applies with AMP owners: some are generous and provide separate housing for their workers, but others are stingier and make their workers get their own housing, and the workers try to scrimp by living onsite. This was the case at Hinton for example, the boss there didn't provide housing and thus some of the masseuses slept onsite because they didn't want to spend $70 a day on hotels and ubers back and forth, these costs add up after all and the chinese are notoriously cheap and frugal; they could have easily afforded the hotel room but wanted to save every single cent since most of them don't plan on work in massage long term and are only staying long enough to attain whatever financial goal they have in mind.


Your insistence on these women being trafficked seems to stem from the fact that an AMP lady refused to meet you outside the shop "because her boss wouldn't let her". Sorry to break the news bud but that was probably a white lie, think about it from her perspective: if her primary motive is to make money, why would would she ever want to meet you outside? Are you compensating her more per hour than she otherwise would be making at the shop? You mentioned that you wanted to be her boyfriend so I highly doubt that, I'd guess you were probably offering your emotional support in exchange for her time, but unless you're a movie star in terms of looks or exceedingly rich your emotional support is worth jack shit to these women - the main thing they care about is cold, hard cash in their wallet.

Agreed that L0 reviews would be helpful, but the mods here aren't interested in rewarding that unfortunately... Maybe the next best thing would be just have an ongoing thread where people can post their L0 encounters? That way it be lightweight and you don't have to spend as much time as you would when writing a review?

The reason AMPs are getting shutdown all the time now is because of the public image and knowledge people have of them now. Freaking idiot kids posting all these "tuggy" videos on tik Tok and Instagram. I've seen AMP reviews on there as well. Karens and neighboring businesses know what is happening now and complaining. I guarantee complaints from businesses get shoved to the top of the line before detectives just search here for the next big bust
