I wont lie, I grew up spoiled rotten! With that being said, I was made to work my ass off. I had everything I wanted as long as my grades stayed at As and Bs, I kept a job, and I worked around the house. Once a C on a report card got mailed home. By the time I got home from school my room was stripped of everything but my bed, clothes, and a pile of encyclopedias. I had to work community service to get each thing back (one week TV,next week DVD player, next week computer...)it sucked.
I'm a daddy's girl so I tagged along and share his interest in things with engines plus we were made to participate in all remodeling and what not of the house. I may be a girlie girl that gets her nails and toes done every other week BUT I can hold my own when it comes to boy stuff.

Very basic like light switches, electrical outlets, installing lights, capping off dead wires,and so on.
Switching sinks and faucets. Using silicon to seal the edges. I learned my lesson about not forgetting rubber cement once.
My main talents are weather vaporing, caulking, drywalling (I'm not conventional I will put red lipstick on the rim of an electrical outlet or light switch then put the drywall up to it so I know where to cut instead of measuring out where to),joint and seam sealing, painting ...
My current project is restoring my cherry desk I am going to rainbow satin finish it. Very hard and time consuming plus I will have to get rid of my nails first the sacrifices I make

Ahh Thanks!! So like i said whhat are you doing for the next 40 years? I bet if you look back on it now yes your parents were hard on you but they did it for a reason!! Sorry to distract everyone by going back on topic.... but just for a bit, I promise.

I used to think the whole "foot thing" was kinda gross. But I've met some fantastic women over the years who changed my outlook. It is by no means a "fetish" of mine, nor something I really think about, but I have come to very much appreciate a woman who takes care of her feet.
