I am usually right on top of keeping up with PMs, posts, giving references, and chit chatting with regulars. I am sorry that I have fallen behind, a lot is going on.
I just found out my Aunt has breast cancer in both breasts, I had to fly my cat and my cousin that house sits for me at my apt in NYC out here due to the pending disaster, I am unpacking my huge new apt still because I have been traveling so much(some rooms are still all boxes so I just closed the doors to them haha), I was offered to actually buy the house that I am renting an apt out of so I am in the process of doing that, I am interviewing people to rent the 2nd floor apt and 3rd floor apt from me(God help me, I am so new at this), I am planning my apt warming/new home purchase party with my parents, I am bartending Halloween, and I am also seeing Gents.
My stupid inbox is at 98% full again and I don't have time to play around on this site. Please directly email me for refs and dates. The next week is going to be extremely chaotic for me. I promise to do my very best to get back ASAP especially for Refs. As far as chit chat and banter, please understand I'm not ignoring your messages.
For dates, evenings are best for me right now.

Yikes you have a lot going on...hope things settle down soon. Sorry to hear about your aunt....don't get overwhelmed you definitely need to stay strong to help her out. Take care until you can get back around here more.

Thank you so much guys. I am trying to talk her into moving into my 2nd floor apt for free but she refuses. She wont take hand outs, she is a very proud woman. I even offered to take just half the rent and she still wont. I'm lying to her and telling her that no one is interested in it and that she will be doing me a favor.She kind of will, I don't want people my age being loud above me haha. She won't even let us help her pack her house up. My bullheadedness is definitely inherited.

I know that I vanished off the face of the planet for a while, I had family and hurricane damage to handle.
Thankfully my family and close friends are all safe. Sadly, I can't say the same for my new duo partner Savannah, she lost a family member and her family home in this disaster. She is taking a break from college and the hobby until her heart is mended.
I have gotten a lot of messages about how everything went for me. Thank you all for your wishes, thoughts, and prayers. It could have been a lot worse yet it could have been better. As far as my NYC apt, it flooded severely and is still without power, thank goodness I flew my cousin and cat here before. As far as my WNY apt I had a tree take out my brick wall around my building, part of my roof ripped off so water ran down my bedroom wall, and my big window by my fireplace got pushed so hard from the wind that it leaked and there was a waterfall going down my book shelf.
I am grateful that I am safe, my family is safe, and my friends are safe. Material things can be replaced, people can't.
I am changing my travel dates around a bit, I am sincerely sorry to my prebookers. Please bare with me and I hope you are understanding.
I hope that you are all safe a sound.

Thank you all so much for your kind words and thank you for the funny ecards and things to cheer me up. I appreciate it like you wouldn't believe, you have no idea.
I have been asked about my Aunt, she is actually going to be moving into a rehabilitation home and plans on moving into her little lake house permanently if all goes well.
There have been some questions about Savannah, she is holding her head up and spending time with her family. I couldn't imagine going through what she is, she is a strong girl and I have faith that with love and family they will pull through their losses, it takes time. Sadly, a lot of people are suffering right now. Yes, we do have reviews and pics together on Ind and she is the pale one in my icon/avatar. To be honest, I don't know if or when she will get back into the hobby. She should take all the time she needs away from the Hobby and college to be there for her loved ones. Family and friends should always come before any and everything.

In WNY my window is sealed, my crown molding is back up, and I think the 4th coat of paint will seal the deal. My bedroom just had the roof fixed and dry wall replaced now comes the 900th coat of paint on the ceiling haha. My brick wall is a pile in my yard, I have to wait until spring to get the entire thing redone. I will post pics later.

I'm sorry to hear Savannah's family suffered a tragic loss...

My Brooklyn property is in a basement but remained dry, it's near staten island Verrazano bridge.. Was u lower level apt over in queens? Hoping everyone has food and shelter, I'll whisper tebows name during evening minyan!
