Somehow I think this is less, much less if anything at all.
Why don’t we wait and see what happens.

Ditto. Especially the part about throwing the 1st Amendment under the bus - from the most 'transparent administration in history.'

You aren’t too good at being a nazi, spelling or otherwise.

I don't believe any of this will actually happen but let's assume for a moment that Jackie gets his wish. If the President resigns or is impeached, say hello to President Biden.
Hmmmm, I wonder who Joe will select to be his VP?

Absolutely, my first time being old enough to vote which I did. For Nixon no less. I do believe however there are some slight but significant differences between these two scenarios. Nixon did in fact, both in the break-in and in the cover-up break commit illegal acts. These were adequately spelled out in the articles of impeachment. Among other things, pressuring people to lie under oath (McCord), using the FBI, IRS, and CIA as his own personal spy/retaliation agencies, passing along investigation information from the investigating agency to those being investigated, and impeding the investigation as a whole, just to name a few. The only thing I have seen, SO FAR, is the claim that the President did not disclose every single thing that may have happened. TO DATE, I have seen nothing that could be construed as illegal. If that changes, then yes, by all means toss him out. So far however, all I have seen or read has been that he did not call the attack terrorist immediately, or perhaps he did not divulge every single detail. As far as I can tell, neither of these is 'ILLEGAL'. Granted, much of what happened, and the subsequent confusion/lack of information/change of information indicates a lack of proper chain of command communication, but I do not see where that would warrant anything approaching impeachment. Ok, maybe there could be something out there, but I personally doubt it is anything remotely approaching Watergate. Incompetence - most likely, illegal and subject to impeachment - doubtful.

Whatzup you don't know shit and your memory... I sat there that whole summer watching the Erwin committee. Nixon was going to win, there was no fixing of an election. Pure myth and unicorn shit. A small number of people who acted without orders from Nixon decided to break into the office of a shrink to get some dirt on certain democrats. They got caught. This is where Nixon came into it. He decided that he could cover up the arrest, the break in, and the purpose of the break in. It came out during the hearings, Nixon did not authorize any break in. Unlike LIbya, no one died or was allowed to be killed to serve the political purposes of the president. Nixon resigned and was not impeached. Maybe Obama should follow that example.

So you are one of THOSE who believe the folks who don't support Obminable are Klan?
#1: The demise of Nixon was not because of the Democrats, who said "I told you so." It was the Republicans, who stood by him and supported him into the initial denial and coverup.
The were betrayed.
#2: Those (for the most part) who were actually convicted misrepresented information or refused to disclose information when they were under a public servant's duty to do so.
Some forget that Martha Stewart was not convicted of fraud, but for lying to investigators.
Primarily the Nixon fatal flaw was arrogance.
Food for thought, if you tend to think:
There is a larger stage than U.S. Presidential politics. Nixon had a part, he was not the Director.

'..... the "probation violation" had to do with publishing a film, asswipe! He was being pursued because of the alleged role in producing the film and he was shown being taken into the facility where he was to be held until disposition of his probation violations ...
Now, what "film" could that have been? And how did his PO know about it?
To say this guy was NOT "processed" because of his alleged role in the film is fantasy.
Another victim of Obaminable's bullshit story.

there are no journalists or investigative reporters that want to do the work especially if it exposes their left wing agendas.
