Ok, I just barely cleared the required minimum. I can honestly say from experience that SexyCassandra can do this with ease with or without her tongue stud in. It is obvious that she enjoys it too. Other than my OP, not sure how I'm asking for more, but I think it'd be silly to think any guy wouldn't want to know more!
