Its the same as any service, don't be shitty with people that handle your food/drinks or manhood. At starbucks they would overfill your coffee so you spill and burn yourself or steam your milk extra hot so you burn your mouth. At my bar if you're shitty we make you wait, make you weak drinks, and over charge you adding in our own tip. Some providers intentionally give the run around and ncns to piss you off and waste your time. Some will be mechanical and give shit service just to get your money and disappoint you and some will rush out of spite.
