No, Kaylee, I did not HAVE to give the car back. I chose to do so. Legally he would have had to repo it or take me to small claims court. Legally someone selling a car cannot change the original sales agreement just because they feel like it. This is the USA and there are laws protecting both the seller and the buyer.
What Ameripro is doing is being vindictive and a big liar.
Yes, Ken Monk that is what I was talking about at that time. I was buying a Pontiac G5 I let go back to the dealership in order to purchase what I thought was a good deal from Ameripro. Boy was I fucked.

Ameripro, I have been too busy trying to just survive to mess with you. But I suggest you quit spreading lies, filth and slander about me. Like I said, you are a conartist. You thought I was a dumb provider you could take advantage of and you did. Well I am not that dumb and I have proof to every claim I make. Continuing to slander me on the www is not only wrong it is illegal. Does not matter that you are hiding behind anonymity here because I have your legal name and address and can and will pursue any legal recourse I have at my disposal. I do have an attorney and he is drawing up the paperwork as soon as I finish paying him off you will be hearing from him. That is not a threat. That is a promise.

Once again. Ameripro was NOT my client. He did NOT loan me a car. He sold me a car in a legal business arrangement then went back on the original agreement and tried to demand a large sum of money from me I was unable to provide. None of the statements made by him regarding the situation are in any way true. He is lying out his ass. What he has done here is not only morally wrong, it is also legally wrong and he will have to answer it.
Think twice before judging me. I am telling the truth and believe me that I have proof and do not have to lie.
What has been done to me by this creep is horrible. My reputation has been ruined and my business practically shut down. I did no wrong in this situation. So for all of you judging me...try seeing the truth here and judge the true culprit, Ameripro for being a fast talking con man.
That's all I have to say.

Why this thread that has zero to do with other people's business has been allowed to continue to the lengths that it has is beyond me.
By allowing it to continue and allowing me to be slandered and my business ruined is just as much the fault of staff as it is Ameripro.
Not cool and especially at the holidays. Put yourselves in my shoes. Not a fun situation. I have cried for so long and worried and stressed myself absolutely sick over this. It has torn me to pieces.
This thread was closed once and then reopened. Why? How is a car deal the business of a shmb?

BTW duck, it is very difficult to sit here and read slander and lies about yourself and get picked on by the whole board and not want to defend yourself or clear your name when you are having to survive day to day and your income has been cut off. I never asked for any of this. Ameripro is a real pos for doing it he is a real pos in the whole deal.
