I always drive fast when I'm hungry.... I'm not actually street racing... Just racing to the buffet...

I don't care if people say that they are good drivers and that they are careful. All it takes is for one little mistake or one little outside factor to come into play and a person gets killed. Majority of the time it is not the idiots who are driving the
cars that get killed, it is the innocent person.
then please don't text that hooker to let her know you're on your way, or call for further directions while the car is in motion. I'm sure this has killed more innocent or not so inonocent people than street racing has in the past 10 years. How many of us is guilty of that?

Well, I have 60+ years of experience with firearms, couldn't help but be a pretty good shot, and in all that time I never ever shot a man accidently or even had an accidental discharge. Does that mean it would be OK if I stand on the Hazard Street overpass and shoot them little Jack-in-the-Box things off the radio antennae of passing vehicles? I am absolutely certain I could knock them things off and not hit anyone. And those things just piss me off anyway.

Hubris? Nah, it ain't bragging if you can do it, and I can. Just ask me. Hubris is for all them other schlubs.

I don't really care about this because I don't even know if its true. However I do know that if Brooke saw someone on here posting about something she felt they should be called out on she would have no issues doing so.

She should expect no less

New level of respect for Brooke, be this the actual story or a metaphor. Hilariously funny reading posts from lawbreakers trying to berate her. Lmao!

Stay cool in the slammer, honey, you may make some intriguing friends. Certainly more colorful than here.

On the one hand, many people here will argue that laws against prostitution and solicitation are "moral" laws, "church" laws designed to restrict behavior that often times has no clear victim.

And on the other, they will quibble that breaking a vice law is the same as breaking a traffic law -- that someone who ignores one law is hypocritical for respecting another. Bullshit.

The difference is clear to me and continues to exist regardless of how we frame the argument. Depending on how you choose to hobby, there can be no victim to the "crime". However, traffic laws are designed to promote public safety so that all citizens can safely use a common asset without fear for their property or their lives. As someone who has lost a close friend to a third party's reckless driving, I'm not willing to laugh this off and give Brooke a wink with a "you go girl" to speed her on her way. She demonstrates no remorse or conscience in her posts (posts she freely offered when nobody asked) so I will gladly tell her precisely what I think.

She's a disaster waiting to happen and I can only hope that when it strikes she only kills herself, and not some other unexpecting and innocent person. I'm glad she's going to jail and I hope this experience changes her awful attitude.

I was run off the road by street racers when I was on my motorcycle. I also don't find this amusing . Bragging about being a complete idiot is just another low lever for BW.

And, Don T - let me know when you want to start plinking those ornaments. I am itching to take some of my weapons out for a real spin.

Hey, let me know when you plan on doing that. Sounds like fun actually. Shooting stationary targets at the range is getting BORING!

Dadgummit. Now I'm all conflicted. Ran the idea past this kid I know, retired Scout/Sniper, Gunny Sack...and he thought it was krazy.

What the hell does he know! I been shooting longer than he's been alive. So what if he shot a few jihadis and then taught some Marines how to shoot for a few years! He seemed pretty irritated about my idea, though...told me if I fucked up and nicked a civilian he'd shoot me himself. Guess he's serious. Maybe it would be best if I kept it at the range...but they always make me pay good money there.

I still don't get the 200 tickets thing. Makes the entire story seem a bit dubious.

Justify it any way you want, but the hypocrisy on this board is astounding.

Yeah.. in Texas, after a certain number of MOVING violations they suspend your license and that number is well below 200.. heck I think it is under 10.
