Supreme Court asked to Revive Ban on Oral, Anal Sex

Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli, the GOP's nominee for governor, filed an appeal on Tuesday asking the Supreme Court to revive the state's law banning oral and anal sex.
And they want government out of people's lives.... What a moron!!

Jesus Christ, the Repubs just do not get it. If you can't think of any other way to convict child predators other than the use of this law, you are just fucking stupid.

Actually, they do "get it" .... just define ... "child" ... by years .. as in ... 17, 16, etc. .... to 0.

Of course one must refine the definition of "child" to be "born" ... you wouldn't want some Democrat trying to prosecute some guy for having sex with a pregnant woman claiming that he was "attempting" to penetrate the fetus.

No one reads anymore! First, he is the state attorney general and is required to defend laws that he may or may not agree with. You see, republicans care about the rules and not just what they personally believe in. This particular case is about a grown man soliciting oral sex from a 17 year old girl. So do CJ, Brown Eagle, and NWA have some more reading to do or do they support sex from children?

did you even read it? ...this sounds more like something he believes in ..rather than "caring about the rules"

Cuccinelli made clear that he objected to oral and anal sex (at least between gay people) on principle, telling the Virginian-Pilot, "My view is that homosexual acts—not homosexuality, but homosexual acts—are wrong. They're intrinsically wrong. And I think in a natural law-based country it's appropriate to have policies that reflect that...They don't comport with natural law."

Actually you need to read it, he is requesting to revive a law that the state courts have already declared unconstitutional, not follow the existing rules of his own state. There are many states, about 49 others that he could adopt that prevent, which I support, adults having sex with children.

Cuccinelli is a complete ass. The law can be drafted to prohibit ANY kind of sex with someone under 18. There is no need to prohibit specific acts.

Unless of course he just wants to punish gays. Which I suspect is his hidden agenda.

There should be no prohibitions on oral or anal sex.

The state has no business putting IBHankering and his trannies in jail.

Speaking of hidden agendas. Astroturf much?

Astroturfing
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This article is about the type of advocacy. For the artificial grass, see AstroTurf.
Astroturfing refers to political, advertising, or public relations campaigns that are designed to mask the sponsors of the message to give the appearance of coming from a disinterested, grassroots participant. Astroturfing is intended to give the statements the credibility of an independent entity by withholding information about the source's financial connection. The term is a derivation of AstroTurf, a brand of synthetic carpeting designed to look like natural grass.
Astroturfers use software to mask their identity. Sometimes one individual operates over many personas to give the impression of widespread support for their client's agenda.[1][2] Some studies suggest astroturfing can alter public viewpoints and create enough doubt to inhibit action.
