I love the discussions on hobby economics and the value of the kitty. It just shows the shallow end of the male gene pool is still over populated. Taint photos are always appreciated.

UCarp, I agree...that's why I said "when all is said and done" I'm glad when I make $50/hr. Businss related expenses are a bitch. But I can't imagine that a provider who is a competent business woman can't figure out a way to limit her expenses to under 50% of her gross earnings.

I personally don't understand girls who charge well below what I perceive to be the market rate. However, I don't shop in that range so for all I know there is a thriving $50-75 market and she thinks she's really out on a limb charging a $100 unlike all the other girls she knows.

Eccie is a small subset of the hobby world, hell I'd imagine most back pagers have no clue this exists. Therefore, while I agree that no one should call her trashy and low class, from an a eccie users perspective her rate so far below market damages the perceived value of her merchandise.


I don't judge but I think that with better information she'd make a smarter choice.

I haven't advertised on BP. Primarily, because I don't want to attract any "blow and go" type clientele. Secondly, since Orlando is a major sex trafficking hub, LE targets BP routinely and aggressively. Hence, I only advertise on sites that are geared toward "professional" hobbyists and providers. I venture to say that the savvy hobbyist knows that a deal is rarely a steal. Literal "low balling" rates hasn't effected my business and I doubt many others either.

Exactly, but sometimes business folks make a decision to use a business model that fulfills multiple goals, which they value, resulting in a lower current percentage of profit. And, as there are only so many hours in a day, a finite limit on hours available in the first place, which also impacts goals. This mostly from real life, but 600 level courses as well.

Blow and go's seem to be the new HH...and is growing rampant even here on the board. Backpage jerks ask for 5-10 minutes.

I like BP not because of the 50 $ blow and girls. But there are a lot of diamonds in the rough out there,and many experienced hobbyist like Quest of finding such girls.The thrill of the hunt can be very intoxicating lol.

I'm sure the fact that it's $40 or $50 helps too. I'd be happy too if a chick completed the job for a dinner at Chili's. Some guys like a $200+ encounter for the experience and not just a wet mouth or lubed up vagina - which doesn't take much skill at all. Why go through multiple sex partners for a SW rate to find that one "diamond" when you can find one girl for even $30 more that gets it right? Now, not all is perfect here on ECCIE, but it's less of a needle in the haystack situation, it's more of an eenie, meenie, miny mo thing in eccieland.
