I have no problems owning what I write and I look around and see plenty of examples of ineffective moderations.
Looks at the blatancy of some of the ads here in the CoEd secion.
Letting it get this bad is a problem resulting from ineffective moderation and GFX is pretty blatant.
So as all of this really starts to blow up I will stand by the statement that it IS the result of ineffective moderation.
Others will learn that if Mods are going to allow posters like Dezirie and GFX to post ads day in and day out that are way beyond what some of the others do that that dislike will cause the entire flavor of the CoEd section to change.
I've seen it in the past
In the middle of extremes moderation can be found eventually..... It's a matter of which side wears the other down first.
Posters like GFX and Dezirie are running business and over time comments raised such as the one girl that stated that GFX may have exposed her to HIV will get repeated whispered about and it WILL have a negative effect on business.
In Austin years ago these kind of issues were the result not only of Mods that did not deal with certain things but Mods firmly in the pockets of the Agencies guilty of this kind of shit.
you guys should be talking between yourselves and cross checking a few things here and in other threads and watching for a common link that will give you the ability to shut it all down.
Usually when something walk like a duck and quacks like a duck it IS in fact a duck.
Frustration levels are growing as your members are pitted against each other as others work to make sure it isn't simply ignored.
Moderation is NOT simply sitting behind the scenes dealing with the clear cut violators. It is also being a voice of reason and realizing your leadership skills and the weight of the position and that others tend to pay a little more attention when you particpate in threads.
Do YOU have no views on this subject?
Mods in other cities are not as silent as Mokoa seems to be. That is one of the reasons I tend to say he is ineffective.

Why do niether of you weigh in on a subject like this hatchet job thread? What is YOUR opinion on the author behind the hate mail received by SG and the acusations she leveled?
