I gotcha'. I have used BP with about 85% success for FBSMs. I never tried the escort section and would not. For the price, I'd much rather see a lady on ECCIE. There are fewer surprises that way.
In the late 80's and early 90's when Hines was the go to place, you could find what you are asking for. That doesn't seem to exist today. They are in their hotel rooms advertising on BP and feeling much less vulnerable. There are a few exceptions around the clubs as THN mentioned, but that would be a catch as catch can.
If you like to be spontaneous and still pick from a line up, try the AMPs. I have not done that yet but the AMP section may help. They are mostly along Hines from Market Center to LBJ.
My obvious suggestion would be to check the ads, reviews and showcases here and plan ahead. You will go knowing what to expect and many are short notice.
