It's his option to post a ncns if it happened and he did not out her location. If tnis were a review the general location is a public field so it's no different here. He had his time wasted and a simple text or call from her to inform him of the delay would have fixed this. Had he been 35 mins late in calling her he would be on the receiving end of the ncns from her. As stated by others all it takes is a little communication and things like this would be avoided.

Had he not done this and this had happened to someone else and THEY were to call her out and Valuedaset would have commented,... I can see calling her out for NCNS'ing on his first go around with her but you two are established.

and yes, it's easy to deny you were either of those: vengeful, angry, a-hole, etc..

but it takes quite some type of emotion to run to a messageboard and make an NCNS claim on a provider to whom you've had a previous successful track record with.

I just don't understand ncns.......I mean if I can't reach you an hour before we meet and speak to your thirty minutes prior......I'm damn sure not driving to your location. I don't get why guys still do that. Corrdinate a time when you can confirm.....if she doesn't use a plan B.

I once NCNS'd on one of my ATF due to a sudden family emergency and I had to leave the phone in my car as I rode along with someone else.

I went to check out the issue, pulled into the house, left the h-phone in the car, and all of a sudden I was told to haul ass with my cousin to a certain spot.
