It rises to the level of flakiness because you did it not once but twice. By admitting that you willingly fell on your own sword and gave me an opportunity to explore further. ;-) The fact that she was even willing to see you after the second "reschedule" was generous. I'd imagine that most providers if they've never seen you and you flake out on them not once but twice then just as well write you off.

Just saying most people never want to make allowances for their own mistakes but they go hard in the paint when they perceive a personal slight.
