Man if I knew I could stir up this much dialogue by a cancelled appointment, I would have been posting non stop when I first started in the hobby!

And if I knew I would actually get an answer by posting about a cancellation in an open forum, I might have actually done it......yet, I can count on two hands how many times a provider has ever actually given any explanation for their decision to cancel (or in my experience starting out as a newbie, provide a NCNS).

Have times changed that much where we demand an explanation over and over? Huh, interesting generational shift....

When they do give a reason for cancelling, the guy usually complains that it's a made up excuse. Would they feel better if she said "you're right. My mom isn't ill. I'm really cancelling because today I just can bring myself to fake like I'm enjoying getting jack-hammered by your ugly, fat self. But let's try another day, okay?"

Sure. But I've been saying all along some of you old timers trying to counsel and preach to me about how I should enjoy my Hobby experience is hilarious. Especially since you're likely doing what you chide me about x 2.

My post was about the back and forth that has branched out on this thread and you seem to enjoy it. I could care less about how you hobby and I've never said anything to you about how you hobby and who you see but you constantly take everything that is said by anyone that is not agreeing with you as a personal attack at you by "these old timers". Why don't you just focus on your hobby experience and be happy with that and not take everything that is said as an attack on you. You were not even part of the OP's post or Alyssa's reply but you have done a great job of making this about you at every turn. It's not and it should not be.

My post was simple, he asked, she replied, and that was that and all the other spinoff arguments were just pointless and ridiculous. I am not about to get into a back and forth with you so there, you have my reply, hobby how you want with who you want but stop thinking everyone is out to tell you what to do and know that if you interject yourself into conversations or start threads that will only bring about banter from both sides then that's what you'll get, a bunch of banter on the web.

Now as far as my subsequent posts after my "diatribe" when someone says something to me or directs a post to me I'll reply. Those were simple jokes about our fun lil korean midget so yes I posted again. The one to you, well, like I said, you carry on and I'll do the same. Have a good evening.

I don't consider what yall do as attacks, just emotional outbursts. I guess my point is if you don't like people posting in a thread then stay out of it, avoid it, it really is that simple. Writing a novel is pointless, it's the interwebs it's not as serious as yall make it out to be.
