WOW...your perspective on disabled folks is more depressing...c'mon don't overgeneralize those in his situation, he gets stripped of being a MAN and a feeling, breathing human being because of his limitations? Like he doesn't catch enough slack in LIFE already regarding his "situation" as you call it.
He may be handicapped physically, and that of course is not of your concern - rather dealing with your own handicapped mentality should be.
Next time simply refer guys to more capable, polite providers instead of coming off immature and heartless.
