Because I am kind hearted I’ve given you a few chances to actually address the topic: states that mooch a lot of federal money also tend to be corrupt. But you keep confusing (GET – GIVE) with “Was the expenditure worth it?” Your question is a valid question, but that wasn’t the topic, and I am tired of trying to educate a blockhead like you on the difference.
