Mirrors - nothing obvious like on the ceiling but strategically placed like a dresser/mirror across from the bed or a full length mirror leaning against the wall that can be moved around. This is a must for a permanent incall.
Also, skip the TV, it's just a distraction.

Candles and soft music, set a romantic mood for me. River Adams, a former Eccie provider, she used to light candles and play soft music for me and her during our sessions.

That is a good idea too. I like mirrors too. And the cold water bottles for the water break.

+1 for ditch the comforter. We know you all won't wash them between clients and the real fluffy ones are a PITA when performing DATY.
Also if you have multiple rooms to work with, consider a massage table in one.
