Thanks for your comments. I honestly just didn't understand why she was pissed when nothing was set up to begin with other than an inquiry as to availability.
Your right Brooke....I do overthink things way too much. Bad trait of mine that I should really get over.

Pretty much my thoughts, although Brooke calls 'em like she sees them. I'm far too politically polite; I'd have just said that the lady lacked a sense of your urgency. 
HOWEVER, gentlemen should bear in mind that there are inherent problems with contacting anyone for any kind of arrangement with a weekend pending. I often take weekends off unless someone books me by Friday afternoon. I try to answer any messages I get late on Fri eve/Sat/Sun, but it isn't always possible. That pesky homelife thing frequently gets in the way.
If you sent her a PM, an email, a text, and called, too, on a Thursday for an appointment the following week, you did all you could, and the provider in question should just have swallowed it nicely. Wouldn't have been be the first time she'd had to do THAT.
