if you you haven't already posted in Provider's Ads/Weekend Lineup this week (which you haven't) then yes you can.

Yep what DG said. You may post once per week in the Provider Ad section and an additional time in one Weekend Forum.
In reality you can post up to 5 Provider ads and 1 Weekend ad as long as those 5 are in different cities (useful to know when traveling)
Here's the Advertising Guidelines for Providers link for future reference.
