Female Condoms
So as recent ISO's have shown us, men hate condoms. I am wondering about the efficacy of female condoms. I don't have much experience with them. Are they as effective at preventing STD transmission as male condoms? I can read the online literature, but I'm interested what hobbyists' take on the matter is.

Mixed reviews from this hobbyists perspective. I 1st tried with an eccie provider a couple of years ago and had a very good experience. More recently I have tried with both my ATFs and I think that we've mutually agreed that a plain old magnum / large skyn is a better / less awkward experience. Just my experience. I'll probably try again at some point.

I did try them one time but couldn't insert it correctly.
But I did have someone recommend them for FMF threesomes so that the guy doesn't have to constantly change condoms when going from one lady to the other. I believe they are latex so would have the same efficiency of regular condoms, but not positive.

They are great for FMF sessions. I also have a lady or two who use them. I like to me feels more natural!

I agree with this and have used them for FMF sessions as well. I think it's great since you don't have to change covers when you change ladies.

They're not latex (I'm allergic), they're nitrile I believe. I've used them here and there, with some success and some blah experiences. They're not meant for hard-core fucking, that's for sure.

I would agree with you but I had good times when they were properly inserted by someone experienced in them. A glass dildo helps. At least that's what she said.

I seem to recall having a good experience using it once with Sweet Sonya a couple years ago. More recently with my ATFs, not so much and quickly abandoned.
Didn't notice a difference in sensitivity, but definitely a difference in aggravation.
sigh.
