Fair question.  I suppose I also view myself as a low volume client.  If at some point I did catch something I would know when and where it came from.  When I have allowed BBFS I have given myself a grace period to verify everything is good to go.  I get tested annually, which is above and beyond what most mongers do to insure they are clean. 
Biggest difference is that I'm a heck of a lot less likely to get sued by a provider than a begrudged spouse.  Not gonna go into morality discussion, financial is how I look at it.
