These are just the THREADS you quoted her in, not those posts where you spelled her name wrong (like you spell everything else) or alluded to her, or referred to her as a whale and these are posts on the open board.. Most of these threads she started, and you just had to add .02. In quite a few she ignores you, though you plow forward.

Even after being asked and warned several times to stop, here we are. She doesn't even post that often anymore, but when she does, there you pop up, every-fucking-time.

The sheer volume of this alone should be the very definition of cyber stalking. You commented in 6 of her last 20 reviews, and a good amount of that time you were banned. Since I can tell you're a guy who needs a visual in order to get the point, here you go.

I read the definition/summary of what constitutes stalking, as defined by the board administrators and posted by the hook.

There's subjective terminology in there. No question.

I'm sure it's deliberately vague, so it may be applied on a discretionary basis.

Personally I look at stalking and pseudo-stalking as part of the cost of doing business for the overused hook.

They generally don't mind the stalking, cyber or otherwise, when a weak-minded zero is plying them with thousands of dollars, but let the money stop rolling in and it immediately becomes stalking.

I've seen that routine play itself out, even on this board, a couple of times.

Sometimes she responded, most of the time, especially as of late, she hasn't. It's not stalking each other when one starts a thread and the other chimes in 3 posts later with any variation of a fat joke, and the OP doesn't even respond. I can find at least several without much effort.

How would you like it if everytime you came to work you had 1 or 2 silly dipshits in your face like a chihuahua around your heels?

Local moderators don't need to respond to this...cyberstalking is a judgement call, it says so right in the guideline. Moderators decide what it is, and when it happens, for themselves, individually. If a member feels they have been incorrectly punished by a moderator for cyberstalking, there are avenues for appeal.

If you're looking for a "board-wide explanation of what cyberstalking is", and you expect it to be anything more than what is written in the guideline, you're going to be waiting long enough that you may as well go home and watch TV...but you should have figured that out by now...

That's why I don't get into back and forth conversations about judgement call guidelines...appeal it and see what happens, or shut the fuck up...end of story...
