Ok here is the disconnect.. I don't know who told you ECCIE's policy on outting. The part in red is the one that I'm saying is incorrect. If a member here is sending you threatening emails, texts, or outting you out in the real world (showing up at your RW job can be considered outting especially if they are harassing you), it can be acted on here on a case by case basis with positive proof. Proof being the key word. Without that it is just he say/she say.

Now if someone is stalking you in the real world, ECCIE is extremely limited in what they can do (ban the offender) but that's not going to help you in the real world. No one here is responsible for your everyday personal safety. That's what law enforcement and restraining orders are for.

Maybe St. C would like to chime in on this one.

Your breakdown is laughable. I could care less about your other posts where she has not even posted in the thread. So your point to me is still invalid. A more representative poll would have made allowance for her posts concerning you / your posts concerning her.

When I have time I could show a set of stats that can show that in the NY forum, in relation to her threads and her posts, that a majority of the time you also are right there, harassing as usual.

If she makes 20 threads and you post to 19 of them harassing her, I would say that the stats don't lie and you don't really want to go down this route.
