Unless you have access to ROS, you don't know what has been written on reviews. To expect clients/customers to know a business' offered services, policies etc based on Yelp pictures or reviews is just as absurd.

You can't let reviewers run your business for you. You are responsible for communicating with your clients. Makes sense?

Nikki I can understand your frustration but I guess we have to be thankful for the clients we have especially if they are regular clients. I get questions asked all the time and it becomes redundant but something that works for me is that I simply never offer ANY service upfront or make any promises I can't keep. I usually do my best to provide a great session within my limits. I always tell my clients that my activities depend on my level of comfort with each client. Maybe it's easier for me to say this because I'm a body rub girl... Also Nikki it's always s good idea to read their reviews which helps me to know what they expect from me..... I'm sure you can probably school me on this business but just thought I'd share something that works for me on a DAILY basis...Good luck!!

Totally agree Lorde ... if a client asks you to discuss specific acts hang up trust me I do every time! Experienced and respectful clients will Never discuss actions over the phone those are my kind of clients the kind that have a respect for the business and know not to ever ask for something that can put you in jail.
