Mods not sure if this should be on alerts or co-ed?

Hi Ladies so just wanted to know if any of you have seen this client. He and I have been texting back and forth since yesterday. Looked up his # and its a company cell phone but he asked me the following question and I'm quoting: Before I make an appointment, can I drop by to see your office suite on my lunch break?

Ladies if any of you have seen this guy please PM me. Number 832-9**-**48. I can PM you the company name as well. Why would a client want to "see" your office before booking. I told him he was either LE or didn't know what he was doing. I have never been asked this question and this is not my first rodeo

but just wondering if any ladies were asked the same question by this guy. He says he works in Greenspoint area and wanted a lunch break session maybe I am being paranoid or he is? PM me for phone number and company info.

Sounds like a bit of a strange request for sure.
To me, it's either schedule a session or not.
Maybe just a "creeper" ............
Lord knows we do have crazies in the hobby .........
I wouldn't allow a simple "drop by" ........

..I should of told him no this isn't a test drive at the dealership type of situation. Ay dios mio!

Did he ask if you have a 15min rate, MSOG, doubles, how much for specific activities, what about greek, how much, can a friend watch, can we shoot a video, and such?

He asked me for 30 minute session or 45 minute session options and he also seemed to know the area very well but what difference would it have made? I'm not following baby...
Again what clients go "check out" an office before they book? None in my experience if im wrong someone correct me..

No, I guess you are not.
My point is that asking to see your place of business pales in comparison to what some people will ask. All before there is mutual understanding of what can be expected. Decorum is often not what a lot of the "gentlemen" here have.

I sometimes would like to see the kitchen of the establishment where I am planning to dine. I also like to see the garage where my car will be repaired or "serviced"..

At the end of the day, trust your instincts and if you are concerned you are in the right.

To "drop by" prior to a "quickie" is odd under most circumstances, but in this case, it really isn't all that suspicious.

If you are going to advertise right beneath your avatar that you are in a "Greenspoint Private office suite," expect some fellows to believe that you have a publicly accessible location bordering on commercial, and it might make some leery and inspire them to check you out first. (Most providers offering private incalls are doing it out of apartments.) I'd really change that to just "Greenspoint" or "North Houston," if I were you. Save the more precise description for your advertising, where you can explain in more depth. You don't have a Showcase, and that is a wee bit of a red flag for most gents. You aren't in BP land anymore, and ECCIE fellows have different expectations. Have you obtained Verified Provider status yet?

Sounds to me like you're operating a massage service only with limited activities, which is grand and in demand, but if so, you probably need to be crystal clear about that in said Showcase and ads, and not assume gentlemen are LE because they are being careful. 'Tis a tough climate for erotic services and their clients, these days. The morality enforcement agencies are hot for us.

(However, I still would have told him, "No, book or don't book, please, but I work by appointment and terribly sorry, I don't have time for 'walk-throughs.' ")

Dude wants to see you in person before making a decision.
Maybe he wants to see the place.
Maybe he wants to see how talkative you are or what your personality is like.
What's the harm. It could gain you a client. That's what you post threADs for isn't it?
Give him 5 minutes, don't talk about services other than massage and schedule an appointment if you're comfortable. If you aren't comfortable with him after meeting then tell him you're booked and that he should contact you for an appointment by text later. Then blow him off or whatever y'all do when you don't want to see a guy.
Tebow! Is it really that difficult? I'm not far from you if you need a "handler". I'll only take 40%. A blow job a couple times a week and a really, really good professional massage would be nice too.
