DNS issue
Gina's posted elsewhere that's it's a DNS issue. That means that it's not an instant fix. It might work for some and not for others. Those of us that can't yet connect are just going to have to be patient.

For those that might still be having P411 issues, it was having the same problem until about 1pm today. I was looking through old email notification from P411. I noticed that each email had a p411 link in the middle of each email. I clicked on the link and have not had any issues since then. Could just be a coincidence? But maybe that will help some of you?

I suggest a reboot for anyone who is still having issues accessing the site. It appears to have propagated everywhere, so clearing your cache might also help.
