The state department knew about her server. They knew that she was not going to take the government issued "Black Berry" for her emails. So far, every one of the emails that they tagged for further review, was labeled UNCLASSIFIED. It has not been proven that Hillary violated 18 UFC 1924 , 18 UFC 793. So far, they don't even have enough on Hillary to revoke her security clearance.

The State Department never once gave Hildabeast permission to send classified government information using a private server, flighty.

One more time, the emails that were tagged for further review were labeled UNCLASSIFIED at the time they were SENT. The state department changed the classification to classified, months later, in some cases YEARS later. The first 4 emails that were tagged for further review, a couple of them had run on an UNCLASSIFIED system FOR TWO YEARS, before they were ultimately sent to Hillary. So far, Regulations 18 UFC 1924 and UFC 793 were not violated by Hillary.

Several of those documents were born classified, flighty. You and Hildabeast are disingenuous liars when you pretend like they weren't.

Where in your link does State know about her personal email server? I've read elsewhere that the server went down and State IT was contacted to work on the problem only to find out that it wasn't theirs.

Are we just supposed to guess or are you going to do something you never ever do and actually provide a link?

Second Review Says Classified Information Was in Hidabeast’s Email
By MICHAEL S. SCHMIDTSEPT. 7, 2015
WASHINGTON — A special intelligence review of two emails that Hildabeast received as secretary of state on her personal account — including one about North Korea’s nuclear weapons program — has endorsed a finding by the inspector general for the intelligence agencies that the emails contained highly classified information when Hildabeast received them, senior intelligence officials said.
Hildabeast’s presidential campaign and the State Department disputed the inspector general’s finding last month and questioned whether the emails had been overclassified by an arbitrary process. But the special review — by the Central Intelligence Agency and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency — concluded that the emails were “Top Secret,” the highest classification of government intelligence, when they were sent to Hildabeast in 2009 and 2011.

It was "born that way", you dick-sucking and "#Grubered", freelance faggot, Odumbo Minion from Arkansas, which is something you are supposed to specialize in.
Odumbo "signed an executive order in December 2009 that defined 'Top Secret' as information that if disclosed could 'reasonably' be expected to cause 'exceptionally grave damage to national security,'" you dick-sucking and "#Grubered", freelance faggot, Odumbo Minion from Arkansas.
Note how Odumbo's fucking definition doesn't say a fuckin' thing about how something is "marked" but rather is wholly dependent on the fuckin' individual with the classified material being "reasonable" and intelligent, you dick-sucking and "#Grubered", freelance faggot, Odumbo Minion from Arkansas.

If Hillary is too stupid to recognize classified information without a label, she is too stupid to be President. She's one of the "deciders" whether or not something is classified.
